What is your Monday morning mindset?
Is it one of dread because the weekend is over and you don’t know how you’ll make it to Friday?
Or, do you look at it with optimism? Treating it as an opportunity for a fresh start?
I’m all about #selfcaresunday but, I like to save a little bit for Monday morning — YES! MONDAY MORNING.
Clearly I don’t launch in to a full on routine every Monday morning but, I DO treat my skin with a mini-mask. It’s a pore-refining treatment and LITERALLY only takes a minute.
Top that off with a couple of drops of caffeine solution under the eyes (bags? What bags?) and my face is feeling fresh, energized and ready to take on the week.
Add a little something in to your Monday morning routine — even if you have to get up five minutes earlier to do it. It doesn’t matter what it is, just something for you!
Then, head in to the brand new, fresh week full of ambition and a positive mind — and glowy skin (if that’s your thing).
